In Italian, Spiga refers to the most crucial part of the wheat plant: the hallmark golden spear that holds kernels of grains used to create the pastas and breads that Italy is most famous for. At Spiga, we pride ourselves not only on our handmade pastas and brick oven pizzas, but also for our wide selection of salumi, cheeses and locally sourced dishes inspired by classic Italian fare.
Our menu is extensive for a reason. There is truly something for everyone. A variety of small plates can be shared amongst friends. If you’re craving something more substantial, try any one of our entrees featuring free range poultry, sustainable seafood and all natural meats. Our large selection of fresh salads are made with local organic greens and seasonal ingredients. Of course it goes without saying that pizzas and pastas can (and should) be ordered as any part of your meal! Like many Italians, we believe that the best times are had over a glass of wine or a pre-meal aperitivo, which is why our vast custom zinc bar is the centerpiece of the restaurant. We offer over 30 wines by the glass as well as a comprehensive reserve bottle list, with selections from Italy and beyond. Our cocktail menu offers classic drinks with a contemporary spin.
